• How do I secure a block of land at Briody Grove, and what are the deposit terms?

  To secure a lot, you’ll need to pay an initial deposit of $1,000. The balance of deposit (5% of contract price less $1,000 initial deposit) is due at contract signing. Our friendly sales team will guide you through this process.

• When is the remaining balance due?

  The remaining balance is due at settlement. Throughout the civil construction program, you will receive regular construction updates, as well as reminders to check in with your financier to ensure you are prepared for settlement.

• Is Briody Grove Opticomm ready?

  Yes, all homes in Briody Grove will be Opticomm ready with high-speed internet infrastructure available.

• Is gas available at Briody Grove?

• Are there Design Guidelines at Briody Grove?

  Yes, Briody Grove has its own set of Design Guidelines to ensure quality and cohesion throughout the community, and to protect your investment long-term. • Can I choose my own builder at Briody Grove?

  Yes, you are welcome to select your own builder. We also work with some of Victoria’s most trusted builders to curate a range of House and Land Packages which have been tailored for Briody Grove.

• When will my lot title?

  Briody Grove will be delivered in one stage, which means all lots will title at the same time. Once titles are registered and you settle on your lot, you can commence building. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, get in touch with our sales team

   Who is responsible for temporary fencing around my lot after settlement?

  The owner of the lot is responsible for organising and installing temporary fencing around their lot after settlement. We highly recommended doing this immediately after settlement to limit the risk of rubbish and waste dumping.
