The owner of the lot is responsible for organising and installing temporary fencing around their lot after settlement. We highly recommended doing this immediately after settlement to limit the risk of rubbish and waste dumping.

  • Building a new home gives you full control over the outcome, allowing you to tailor the design to suit your family and lifestyle. From façade to floorplan and everything in between, you can choose the features that matter most to you.

New homes must meet current residential building standards, which means they’re typically more efficient and cost-effective to run than older homes.

You may be eligible for government incentives that don’t apply when purchasing an established property. Our sales team can walk you through any incentives that may apply to you.
